We take two of the best coffees from Central America and roast them each separately before blending. It is very good in espresso, drip, and pour over. It is complex, full and smooth in the cup with note of dark chocolate. Named after Mahlon’s firstborn. The name “Jake’s Blend” was meant to be a temporary handle used until we found a better one.
