Description
We take two of the best coffees from Central America and roast them each separately before blending. It is very good in espresso, drip, and pour over. It is complex, full and smooth in the cup with note of dark chocolate. Named after Mahlon’s firstborn. The name “Jake’s Blend” was meant to be a temporary handle used until we found a better one. Kinda stuck and we kinda like it…

You can’t beat this in a cup of espresso! It is the best!

So I’m a bit of a coffee snob. We have a couple of brands that we stick to and I order online to keep at home. My wife comes home with this stuff the other weekend and I was skeptical. Well, I’m not anymore. Quickly became one of my favorites. Very impressed. Its ousted the traditional Kicking Horse in my Burr Grinder right now and we’ve been drinking it the last three weekends. Only problem is, I’m about to finish this bag.

Just bought a new Cuisinart with its own coffee grinder. This is my second bag of Jake’s Blend. What a delight! Also LOVE Ethiopia Misty Valley Natural…OMG!
